In this crazy world we live in, no one really knows tomorrow. People easily get caught up in a business entanglement. So many things seem to happen just within a twinkle of an eye. A smooth running business today, may decide to slow down – with no obvious reason. In the same way, a snail-motioned business may also decide to blossom rapidly – and get everyone exclaiming “Wow! Wow!! Wow!!!” (just like an ambulance..lol).

Just to be sure we’re on the same page, we aren’t actually getting to the part where we’d eventually talk about Will Smith’s and Jada’s entanglement story. And we have no intention of digging deeper there – lol.

We move! Now, have you been confused, or rather tangled up in a business or investment you ventured into? You don’t know the way forward? You don’t seem to be getting a clearer vision of where you’re heading to? Everything seems to be all tangled up.

In the same way, have you been in a tight situation or dilemma, and you just wished you could snap your fingers and all your problems resolves completely? You just don’t understand the Business Entanglement you’re caught up in…

Not to worry, because confused states like this happen almost, if not all the time to every business owner or investor out there. The only thing you should look at, is how to get your feet back up and running. Carefully look at these 4 easy steps to help you manage and control the tangled up situation, and free your business from such problems and entanglements:

4 Easy Steps to Untangle Your Business Entanglement

1. Find out where the problem/business entanglement is coming from

To avoid being tangled up in your business, you need to set things straight at the onset. The first thing to do is to find out where the problem is coming from.

Here are few possible reasons why businesses might be tangled up:

  • When there isn’t much profit.
  • Having a whole lot of work to do.
  • When there are so many issues arising.
  • Getting low and inadequate revenue.

2. Detect the cause of the problem

Next, the second thing you’d also want to look into is to detect the cause of the problem.

If your stomach aches or purges, maybe it’s a strange meal you recently tried out, or maybe you had too much spices in a particular meal that could have distorted your bowel system – something your body ‘in general’ isn’t accustomed to. Stomach aches or purges is the symptom, and the strange meal or too much spices is the source of the problem. Try to detect the cause of the problem.

See these likely causes of problem in businesses:

  • Poor marketing
  • Lack of systems
  • Reduced enthusiasm
  • Having no discrimination
  • Absence of unique attributes

3. Provide remedy to the problem

Thirdly, you’d want to provide remedy to the problem. Immediately you’re able to determine that it was too much spices in the meal that’s causing your stomach to ache or purge, you can begin to manage and treat the problem. You can chew a handful of cassava flakes or take some anti-purging medicine to help stop the aches and purging.

At this point in time, it’s advisable to remain calm while you fish out what’s going wrong. Go through the following tips to help you get untangled:

  • Outline your Unique Selling Point (USP). Every business must have what makes it different from others. Tell us about it – flaunt your USP!
  • Build systems for your business. This would help integrate all parts of your business together, keeping them in sync.
  • Follow up on your previous customers, and find out ways in which you can better the services you render to them, or products you provide for them.
  • Detach yourself from problematic customers. Run four-forty if you can, without looking back. This will double your time, energy, and focus to attract high profit customers with low maintenance.

4. Avoid the cause of the problem/business entanglement

Lastly, it’s advised to avoid the cause of the problem. If you know that adding ‘orishirishi‘ & varied ingredients (in large proportions) to your meals causes it to be all spiced up, then you can avoid adding large quantity of different ingredients to your meals, stop overheating spiced up foods, or stay away from strange meals your body system isn’t familiar with.

The same logic goes with business. As soon as you find out the problem that has caused you “business entanglements”, you can find remedies and solutions to stop it from re-occurring.

That’s all. We at JacyLaura.com hope that these 4 easy steps helps you untangle the entanglements you’re facing, and get your business back on track. Don’t be caught up in a business entanglement!
